Short version

We do not collect personal data through these tools. Your inputs stay in your browser.
This site uses Google AdSense, which sets third-party cookies for ad delivery and personalization.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via adssettings.google.com.
We do not sell user data. We do not have a user database. We do not run first-party analytics that fingerprint individuals.

Data we collect directly

None. The 32 tools on this site run entirely client-side. We do not have a backend that receives your inputs. We do not log what you type into the STAR Story Builder, the Cold Outreach Composer, or the Salary Calculator.

The hosting provider (which serves the static HTML files) may log standard server access information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are rotated and not tied to individual identities.

Cookies and Google AdSense

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies (small text files stored in your browser) to:

Prevent fraudulent ad impressions and clicks.
Select ads that may be relevant to you based on your prior visits to this or other sites (personalized advertising).
Measure ad performance (impressions, viewability, click-through rates) in aggregate.

Google AdSense may also use web beacons (single-pixel transparent images) and similar technologies for the purposes above.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The tools are designed for adult job seekers.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We respect browser-level Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as best we can. Google AdSense may still serve non-personalized ads in response. We do not alter our behavior in ways that punish users for sending these signals.

Data retention

Because we do not collect your inputs server-side, there is nothing to retain on our side. Google retains AdSense data according to Google's own retention policy, available at policies.google.com/technologies/retention.

Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantive changes (such as adding a new advertising partner or changing what data is collected) will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
